Our Ultimate Growth Scan 4D / 5D is our most comprehensive pregnancy scan, designed to offer a truly special bonding experience while providing a full assessment of your baby’s growth and wellbeing.

Available between 24 and 34 weeks, with 26 weeks being the ideal time, this premium package combines advanced 4D and 5D imaging with beautiful keepsakes to treasure forever.

During your appointment, you’ll be able to see your baby in real time, watch their movements in incredible detail, and receive important growth information, including an estimated foetal weight. Optional gender confirmation is also available if requested.

What’s Included in Your Ultimate Growth Scan 4D / 5D:

2D and 4D / 5D abdominal ultrasound scan, gently performed across the top of your tummy
Real-time 4D and 5D views showing your baby’s position, movements, and features
Estimated foetal weight and key growth measurements
Comprehensive well-being check
All digital images included – a minimum of 20 images, plus three short video CineClips
Six glossy colour photo prints (6×4″)
Eight black and white printed images

If we are unable to complete the main purpose of the scan (for example, due to your baby’s position), a free rescan may be offered

An Ultimate Growth Scan 4D / 5D is perfect for parents who want the most immersive scan experience, combining medical reassurance with unforgettable memories and meaningful keepsakes.

Additional Scan Information

If your baby is not in the correct position and we can’t obtain clear view, you may return for a re-scan free of charge or downgrade. Please see your options below:

You can decide either to:

Downgrade to the Growth Scan package (£79) no 4d scan will be charged or
Come back free of charge for a retry (if we are still unable to obtain the primary purpose of this scan, unfortunately no refund can be Full price of your package will be charged, because of the scanning time.)

If you are experiencing pelvic pain or bleeding, we recommend you consult your local hospital in the first instance or call NHS-111 for advice. If you are still concerned, we are more than happy to see you.

You are welcome to bring guests to this scan, unless for very early stage of pregnancy, we recommend you do not bring children. To find out how many guests are allowed, pls see our T&C’s. This scan is for people over 18 years of age.

This scan is in addition to your NHS routine diagnostic scan appointments and will not replace your NHS routine diagnostic scan appointments.

Please be advised we only scan you for long enough to achieve the purpose of your appointment. Our aim is to protect both baby and yourself in accordance with the guidelines of the BMUS Guidance seen here and we regularly update our procedures based on BMUS guidance.

If we recommend to see your NHS care provider for ongoing further checks, we will provide you with a copy of your report to your healthcare provider. It is your responsibility to ensure to consult your NHS care provider without delay. (please see our T&C’s for additional details)

Ultimate Growth Scan 4D / 5D FAQs

A 2D scan shows flat, black-and-white images, which are commonly used for medical checks. A 4D scan takes things a step further by using advanced imaging to create realistic 3D pictures of your baby — and shows them moving in real time, which is the “4th dimension.” With 4D, you can see your baby’s face, movements, and even little expressions. Our high-definition “HD Live” technology adds realistic lighting, shadows, and skin tones, giving you a detailed, lifelike view of your baby as they wriggle and stretch.
Your and your baby’s wellbeing is our highest priority. If the sonographer sees anything of concern, they’ll explain it to you clearly during your appointment. You’ll receive a written report before you leave. With your consent, we’ll refer you to your NHS care provider for any further checks. It’s your responsibility to follow up with them without delay. We have a clear referral process in place and will support you every step of the way, ensuring you receive the best possible care.
